My point Bugsy, is that the guitar does not seem to have been an irreplaceable artifact, and that, far from being priceless, it would have had a relatively low value when compared to Martin guitars of a later vintage. Just because something is old doesn't mean it's worth a lot. As to Mark Ross' post-I have always opposed capital punishment, but in this case...;-)
