"Friends of John Barden
The funeral arrangements to celebrate the life of John are as follows:-
Tuesday 1st March 2016 at 1.15 Vinters Park Crematorium, Bearsted Rd, Weavering , Maidstone, ME145LG. Casual dress is welcomed by the family as are any donations made in John's memory to Cancer Research in preference to flowers. Thank you.
Afterwards, Jan welcomes you to a wake at The Good Intent Pub, John Street, Rochester ME1 1YL.
The Good Intent pub is a well known Folkie favourite venue where John enjoyed a pint or two ! of ale.
Please note that as this falls on a Tuesday, some of you may also wish to join in the Good Intent Folk Club Singaround held later on from 8.00.

Finally, the family understand that for some of you the time and distance may make being there in person impossible but they are very grateful for all your kind wishes and tributes.
