Donuel, are you talking about downsizing to a smaller place?   I'm not much of an expert, just bumbling along, and appalled at how much time can be consumed by just trying to empty out one very ordinary house.

A little progress this week. Several more shelves and a credenza were gone through and cleared out.   Several more boxes went to storage. Many albums got 'ripped' while I was doing other things.

A whole SUV full of printers and electronic crap went to the toxic waste collection place. And another SUV load of stuff got donated to the shop run by the women's shelter.   So yeah, feels good to have more living 'space' and to have tried a lot, even if a mountain still remains.

I was talking to the lady at the shop about how I was sure they didn't want winter clothes donations at this time, but she said no, they have offsite storage and they do take in the stuff whenever people can clean out their closets and then they'll hold it for fall. So that's good to know. Never assume...
