This is a resource began by you , Nigel , when you felt in need of comfort and encouragement, and frequently offered the same to all of the crew. What it is not, is a duty or obligation , and if any of us goes ashore or on sick leave ,there are others to man the rainbow. And if any feel adrift others are throwing out a line.
