Further translation from the ainm.ie entry by Breathnach and Ní Mhurchú: At the newly established 2RN, its director, Seamus Clandillon, greatly assisted her career by having her sing on radio broadcasts. While touring with the Jimmy O'Dea performing troupe, she studied Gaelic dance with the eminent teacher, Peg Medlar. This is in the 1920's, it seems, before she settled in Galway.
