Just a thought to the OP - are you looking for sessions to join in, or to listen to ? I was in Ennis on the Friday night before the Willie Clancy week. There are 2 leaflets you can get from the local tourist office. One is called "The Ennis Trad Trail" which lists 2 sessions every night of the week apart from Monday and Tuesday which lists one on each evening. Another leaflet - "The Ennis Whiskey Trail" - lists 5 bars as having traditional music but doesn't say which nights. I found 4 sessions on the Friday night, but didn't join in - content just to listen. The playing standard is quite high.
