Like Steve Shaw, I knew MGM only through his Mudcat persona. We disagreed fundamentally on just about everything but I think we both thoroughly enjoyed our little spats. And you certainly had to watch your grammar and spelling when he was around. Which has to be a good thing. I liked his spirit; I liked his erudition; I liked his complete lack of 'blandness'. Sorry to see you go, MGM.
