Here at the Kipper Brewery and Cider Manufacturing Facility we use a line from "The Owl" viz "Cinnamon and Ginger and Nutmeg and Cloves,and that gave me my jolly red nose". Plus a bit of citrus in the form of oranges and lemons to taste. We Wassail a bit late really but as we're at other people's wassails the first two weekends in January we have ours on the 21st. JP2.
