Peter's voice is only relevant to the 1977 version.Whether he was a 'lovely fella' or not is irrelevant: It has no bearing on the current production. Peter wrote The Transports and for that he should be lauded; Wikipedia (I know; see other thread) says 'it is often cited as Bellamy's greatest achievement'. A new version is now being performed, and that's what this thread is about. See it, hear it, then judge. Mike
