Helen: Raglan Road's tune is of course "The Dawning of the Day" Actually I think you'll find Raglan Roads tune is not Dawnikng Of The Day, that was in Fact Frank Kavanagh's original title for the poem, Luke Kelly changed it for copyright reasons. And he used a trad old Irish tune, I think called Fine Gael En La ( I can't vouch for the spelling)
