Here is, as far as I can make out, the lyrics to the Rolling Stones' version, from their 2016 "Blue & Lonesome" release:

Yeah! I'm a dealin' man, still dealin' yet.
I'm gonna keep on dealin' till I find myself a bet.
And I got to stop dealin', I believe I'll ride 'em on down.
Well, I've done stopped dealin', I believe I'll ride 'em on down.

Yeah! Raised in the country, got a place in town,
Got two kids and they all look like mine.
And I got to stop dealin', I believe I'll ride 'em on down.
Yeah, I've got to stop dealin', I believe I'll ride 'em on down.

Yeah! I'm dealin', darlin', bottom o' the deck.
Seem like somebody gonna take my shit.
Well, I got to stop dealin', I believe I'll ride 'em on down.
Oh, I've done stopped dealin', I believe I'll ride 'em on down.   Yeah!

Yeah ! Born yesterday and not a day before,
And here you come a-knockin' at my door.
And I've done stopped dealin', I believe I'll ride 'em on down.
Oh, I done stopped dealin', I believe I'll ride 'em on down.   Yeah!

Yeah, I've done stopped dealin', I believe I'll ride 'em on down.

Two live versions on Youtube (live Desert Trip, Indio, California, October 7, 2016 & Las Vegas, October 22, 2016) make the first line of the third verse more explicit:
"Keep dealin', darlin', from the bottom of the deck" (a gambler dealing cards from the bottom of the deck of cards, of course)
