GUEST,Andy Alexis Why Protest Songs Against DJT won't work (95* d) RE: Why Protest Songs Against DJT won't work 18 Mar 17

Yes, protest songs won't help the political process of removing him and his evil minions. But they do make us feel better and more empowered.

I wrote this. I was careful to avoid using this person's name. Neither will I mention the name of the song I borrowed this from, lest surveilling eyes misconstrue it as a threat, which it is not. If you can't figure it out, watch the last half of "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?" for clarification. I will do a video this weekend. Perhaps.

What is this that I have seen?
With a face the color of a tangerine
I am Debt, but if it's not clear,
I'm the billion dollars that you owe to Vladimir

Oh, Debt, Oh, Debt…
I'd be surprised if you make it to the end of the year
I'll repossess your casinos so you can't bet
I'll cheat that guy you hired as an architect
Your skyscrapers will soon belong to me,
Your beach resort swallowed up into the sea

Your bluster, and brags, and ego trips
Can not save you from this sinking ship
Your hair will fall out and your teeth will gnash
Nothing satisfies me but your cash

Your steaks and your vodka and your magazine
Have all simply vanished from this scene
No one's going to care about the things you say
And all of the ladies run the other way

(the optional verse)
The wealthy, the entitled, the affluent, and the rich
All look to you as their favorite bitch
They send you there and they send you here
Just don't forget to smile when you kiss their rear
