That's probably the best place for it; I doubt whether mine's been played in the last 40 years. Unless there's something structurally wrong with it, a high action should be curable (unless it's like the old Hagstrom that Paul Brady used to play which was impossible). The Ekos have an adjustable bridge, an aluminium nut with a zero fret and the neck can be re-set by removing four screws from the back and shimming as necessary. I have heard tales of the large block beneath the upper frets disintigrating but this is really getting off topic.
