I am beginning to think being around you is a dangerous thing, Rap. My thoughts will, are, with you and your far better half regarding the "s**t". 12 hour fast and a light and fat free supper so it's skim milk and fruit for supper at 7PM. MONSTER cheeseburger for a snack at 16:00. Sobeys has lean ground beef on for $2.88 a pound. Unfortunately, my last two Vidalia onions were toast so I had to chuck 'em in the garbage and I am now resigned to onion powder as fried yellow onions are just too fattening. I mean, a pound of burger, two slices of processed cheese, more Miracle Whip than most could stand, etcetera... who could add fried onions? MAN I am hungry!
