I believe I have solved the mystery of gnu's two tablespoon fish cake recipe. Gnu is Canadian, and Canada uses the metric system. So, there are no tablespoons in Canada! TBSP doesn't mean tablespoon. It means tremendously big sumbitchin' patty, which is exactly what fish cakes are supposed to be.
