So far, there is only one death known from Hurricane Harvey. The storm is decreasing in intensity, but one minute the news says winds have dropped to 60, then ten minutes later they say 85. That's a big difference. The storm is slow moving, which means it is dropping massive amounts of water over one area. Overall flooding and flash flooding are great dangers. Tornadoes are also possible.
