And speaking of the Clown in Chief, the only reason Trump hasn't royally fucked up the Harvey response is because of a relatively recent law requiring that the FEMA director have at least five years prior experience in disaster work. Left to his own resources, Trump would probably nominated one of his cronies and it would be Heck-of-a-Job-Brownie all over again.
