Of course, I meant "PKD", not "PDK". PDK is Phillip D. Kick, not Phillip K. Dick. Phillip D. Kick was not an author at all. He was a janitor at an elementary school in Gary, Indiana. A film based on one of his stories would be a surefire failure since he was barely literate and had the imagination of a garden slug.
