Margaret Kerry. I sang and danced to this song in the film, "If You Knew Susie." My partner was Dick Humphreys. The film starred Eddie Cantor and Joan Davis ... I was supposed to be 13 because Joan Davis didn't want to have a daughter older than that however I graduated High School while doing that picture. The great Nick Castle set the routine where Dick and danced on two table tops, I was told that we were introducing the song. I still entertain .. sing and tap dance ... because I am the the original reference model of Walt Disney's Tinker Bell for the film Peter Pan ... and the sequals. I'm traveling to Mt.Airy's 27 year of Mayberry Days (Andy Griffith Show) Ihought I might resurrect Brooklyn Love Song for the tap dance at the end of my hour show. Loved ready your stories ...
