Could someone answer this: I have a notion that when the old traditional border morris sides performed, they did not confine themselves to morris but sometimes included Christmas carols, broom or step dancing as part of their 'show'. However, I'd like to track down some documentary evidence of that. I am not interested in replies about what your local morris is currently doing, just in the old collected tradition. Tradsinger
