You can also get it in electronic form from Rakuten Kobo: https://www.kobo.com/us/en/ebook/folk-song-in-england They aren't such arseholes as Amazon and I think their books are supplied in formats (ePub or PDF) that they can't get back from you. For such a thick book with such a dodgy binding, and no hard-to-display colour pictures, that has to be the way to go.
