I'll tell em but he won't listen, besides it helps make him look like the folks of PR and the Virgin Islands are not Americans. In the highlands of Scotland a family lost control of their canoe and it floated away. The Police relayed their distress call to the nearest people in the area and contacted the steam train Hogwarts Express to stop and pick up the family. Despite a risk of dementers in the area the family was happily rescued.
