Without access to Holden, it looks like his "Unfortunate Rake" tune is quite a bit different from Crosby's (which is the common jig tune of that name). http://tunearch.org/wiki/Annotation:Unfortunate_Rake_(2)_(The) Click on the "Back to" link to see the tune, also known as "Apples in Winter."
