You use a couple of archaic words and you think that you are some how demonstrating a more formal style of English than others. I suspect that it is in effort to hide the utter lack of substance in your argument. Strip away the olde English and the haughty indignation and what you have left is very shallow indeed.

As for character deficiencies.....it would appear that you own the franchise on that product.

Clearly, the statemant to which you alude was referring to cultural, not genetic, tendencies. And while such a statement is dangerously broad sweeping, it is not unfair to comment on cultural traits that make us all so very interesting.
