Also the Community Dance Manuals mentioned by BobL Do you have a regular core attending as well as the floating newcomers? If so it is important not to patronise or bore them. Would it be possible to suggest - dance one, rest one for the beginners. With the between dances for 'those who've been before' so that more interesting dances can be learnt. Most of the CDM dances use a few figures arranged in different orders so things build. And in the 'rest one' dances you could tell people to watch the e.g. Ladies Chain because they will need to dance it next. Then call a dance where that is the only new figure.
