Not limited to christian clergy, we only hear more about them as the West has a free press and loves to sensationalize individual cases. For instance, this recent report from CBS News states that sexual abuse of children by Muslim clerics is very common in the madrassas of Pakistan but for various reasons as outlined in the link the abuse is seldom reported or prosecuted.
