I bought one (the 'entry level' Renegade) very cheap in a charity shop and, of my 5 acoustic guitars, it's the one I now reach for first. It sounds beaufiful to my amateur's ears and is very easy to play Pete from seven stars: did you register your purchase with Freshman? According their website, it appears thefe's a lifetime guarantee. Greenie
