I know this as DRIVE THE COLD WINTER AWAY, which is the name of the English Country Dance tune. I learned it from a Christmas album with Robbie O'Connell (Aengus? Unsure of the spelling) last verse has women and men rather than just young men, and I like it that way, so I've inserted it into the lyrics (has the melody there, too) that come from the DT:
