Well, this is an annual St. Patrick's Day festival hosted by the Irish Cultural Center. They pretty much pull in every local Irish pub band and stick 'em on a stage in tents rotating from 10AM until midnight. I think this may be one rare circumstance in which you'd get booed off stage if you deviate too much from classics :-)
