Thanks, everyone. I think I've had a good idea - eggs. I've heart that there are plant combinations that supply all the amino acids we need to make proteins. Corn (maize) plus beans. Peanut butter plus whole wheat bread, The baby's too little for peanut butter, which sticks to the mouth. Is there another combination? And is this information valid? I'm in the U.S., and we don't have health visitors.
