I am opposed to a second referendum on the same grounds I was opposed to the first: we are asking people with very little of the subject to decide on it. I know there are some obsessives who have followed every twist and turn, but most people haven't. However, I am forced to temper that a bit because it relied on those who are actually paid to take a detailed interest, the politicians, actually thinking hard about it. There is little evidence that many of those are doing so either (witness the 'impact assessments') ...
