Actual conspiracies require some secrecy. I knew a Dentist who had 3 patients who expired in his office. It was rumored he wanted to join the Masons in order to provide some networking for defensive purposes, or at least that's the way I saw it. I knew nothing about the matter afterwards. Its not exactly an Agatha Christie episode but maybe you think this is bad. The children hospitals are good, but single payer would be better.
