Lady Hillary and I are both lactose intolerant. We have found that most aged cheeses and yogurts with active cultures [We make own] are safe for us, as are good bries [in limited quantities] and, amazingly, cheese cake made with cream cheese but not ricotta. There are many other "likes" including Manchego, all smoked cheeses, Swiss cheese and its variants, etc. Lunch today was Prosciutto, dates and Finnish Swiss. Yum!
