It is not just Oxfam that is guilty of malpractise, many other organisations are tainted from the UN on down. It has been going on for years and runs the entire gamut from misuse of funds, to theft of food aid, to child abuse all the way up to and including UN peacekeeping forces. It may only be a small minority but the damage they cause is immense.
