In part, it depends what you're able to play. I never seemed to have enough fingers to chord a guitar, nor enough coordination between fingers and elbows for a bellows instrument. Whistles and mouth-organs aren't much use for accompanying songs, leastways not if it's you that's singing them.

Guess my ideal instrument would be the Wintergatan marble machine.
