I think the 2nd line of [4] should be:
  If you wilt be true and mine henceforward.
rather than beholden. I think the sense of holde is similar to its use into have and to hold

The 2nd line of [22] should be just:
  I will speak no more with thee!
The 2 negatives are a function of the Middle English and I don't think you need them in the translation.
