There is a book at archive on the music: Die Lieder und Melodien der Geissler des Jahres 1349 nach der Aufzeichnung Hugo's von Reutlingen. I haven't looked for others.

Maria, unser frowe appears on at least 3 albums at Amazon, as does Nu tret herzuo der bössen welle as does Alleluia. Ave benedicta Maria. (different albums!).
