had a call from a lady in a heavy Indian accent telling me that there was a (something) with my BT/Open Reach account. I politely asked more questions and when I asked "what is the problem with Open Reach" she hung up. How rude! Open Reach look after the infrastructure and do no "retail". And BT are personna non-grata in Rouge Towers other Asian accents are available.
