Back in the early 1970s I was working at Hospital Radio Stafford, based at the old St Gorge's Hospital. Around 1973, I ran a recording session for a singer song writer whom I knew as Jerry Birks, but I suspect I may have miss remembered the spelling of his name. Does anyone one know any one who sings or claims to have written songs like Old Driftin' friend, Show me the way, Its not my time, Assmembly line blues
