I've always been curious about the tune. I first heard Karine singing it in a pub session not long after she wrote it - at the time I thought it might have been adapted from "Como poden" from the Cantigas de Santa Maria. I asked her and she thought that might have been possible but she really didn't know how much of it she was responsible for or what any antecedent might have been. Now, it seems to me to be just as close to "Babylon is Fallen". It's a good bet Karine knew both of those.

Not a tune you'd want to be fighting a court case over, anyway.
