You have raised a good question, McGrath. I have never heard of any English-Americans. I myself have forbears from England, but we never gave ourselves a hyphen. For one thing, the first to come over were so far back. 1870's and before. Really, what could we do with an English-American heritage? Go out and drive on the wrong side of the road? Eat suet? Call soccer "football"? JUST KIDDING! One reminder - there are Episcopalian or Anglican churches in every settlement of any size.
