Steve you could get gout with the Shaw Diet. Our cheese shop is out of cheese but has various runny molds mushrooms and slimes. Prevagen is for brain function and contains of course the brilliant common jellyfish, now new and improved with Starfish, Sea Cucumber and snake oil. My mother said "Try new things".
