When I was profiling the Millen Family from the Weald of Kent nearly 20 years ago, it occurred to me that comparisons with their persona (in smocks and slouch hats) bore comparison with that of Adge Cutler & tyhe Wurzels, Shag O'Connor & the Carrot Cruchers - never mind the Millens as their alter ego (The Cider Sippers) resembled the Copper Family repertoire-wise!

I'm sure the late Paul Marsh told me shortly afterwards of another group from the New Forest who did much the same thing. Can anyone prompt me as to their identity as, obviously, Paul is no longer with us.
