Trump went to Puerto Rico and threw paper towels at people. Bush thanked Brownie for doing a great job. Both were awful, but you'd think in this day and age the current administration would learn from mistakes of the past. If it isn't about Trump, he doesn't want to hear about it. He doesn't have a golf course there, so fuck 'em. And the expensive shipping rules are back in place. It's a nasty piece of work.
