Jack, I have never had the need to do that. If I were presented with a piece of music with such a key signature I would just use accidentals. Can you post an ABC of such a tune? I'd be interested to see the results. I don't write anything in ABC, I just use EasyABC to access those files that are, which I believe was the point of the thread? EasyABC produces adequate scores but sometimes I want to add accompaniments and that's when I use Sibelius. I have Sibelius 7. I can't afford an upgrade and I am not claiming it is perfect (I doubt that ABC is either), but I do find it a very useful tool. I'm sure the people at Avid will find a way around unusual key signatures; if they haven't already. Greenie
