Sterling slumped the day after Brexit, from 1.31 Euro to the pound to 1.13 Euro to the pound, it has rarely risen above 1.14 Euro to the pound ever since. Thus everything we have imported since then has cost us approximately 10% more. Yet another example of the "good" news about Brexit. Still, as some would argue "wiv got our cuntry back" The mere fact that my food bill alone has increased by 12 to 15 quid a week, and my income hasn't, is a small price to pay ..... isn' it?????
