First lets get this straight, I do not personally fly Ryanair if I have any other choice. However, this evening my partner rang me in tears because she booked a flight but got the flight direction back to front. I want to the web page to correct the booking, but was informed that it could not be changed online. I then did a search for the call centre number - couldn't find it on thir website, but when I called, found that the useless little shits had gone home for the evening. Upshot, I was so angry with them I threw my £30 cordless phone across the room - the result is that the phone has died. As far as I am concerned the scum owe me a new phone, and a written apology for being a useless waste of space.
