So... 1) please explain the precise meaning of your cut-and-paste in your own words, and the effect it will have on the immensely-wealthy tiny minority who seek to avoid UK taxes on the profits they make in the UK. 2) please comment on the immensely wealthy newspaper-owning businessmen, plus at least 300 others in the linked Telegraph article who, despite your claim to the contrary, are known to be supporters of the Leave campaign.
