Child’s English and Scottish Popular Ballads was published in parts between 1882 and 1898 by Houghton Mifflin in an edition of 1000 numbered copies. Has anyone catalogued who the original subscribers were, and the chain of ownership of each set through the current time ??? Thanks, Thomas.
