I had been thinking that maybe those multi-million-dollar executive salaries weren't so inequitable, since the government got 90% or more in taxes. But Wikipedia says their taxes aren't anywhere near as high as I had thought. The top U.S. rate is around 40%. So, yeah, those high-income people still take home a LOT of money after taxes.
Guess Trump really has no valid reason to feel sorry for them.
